TetraSoft Computers, Inc. provides a one (1) year parts and three (3) year labor warranty on all new computer system sales, unless otherwise stated at the time of the system purchase. This warranty does NOT cover computer systems that are NOT manufactured by TetraSoft (i.e. Trogon® or Asus® notebook PCs, Apple® computers, etc.) If a new component or upgrade is added to any system by the end-user and not serviced by a TetraSoft technician, we reserve the right to void any remaining warranty on the computer system. The warranty is void upon the transfer of ownership from the original name printed on the invoice or receipt at the time of the sale purchase. Individual components purchased from TetraSoft Computers, Inc. (i.e. hard drives, video cards, CD-ROM drives, etc.) are subject to a manufacture’s ONLY warranty. TetraSoft Computers, Inc. provides no extended warranty for these components. TetraSoft Computers, Inc. is not liable for delays in delivery or performance, or for failure to manufacture, del iver or perform due to (1) a cause beyond its reasonable control, or (2) an act of God, act of buyer, or of civil or military authority, Governmental priority, strike, or other labor disturbance, flood, epidemic, war, riot, delay in transportation, or shortage, or (3) inability on account of a cause beyond the reasonable control of Seller to obtain necessary materials, components, services, or facilities. Seller will notify Buyer promptly of any material delay excused by this Article and will specify the revised delivery date as soon as practicable. In the event of any such delay, there will be no termination and the date of delivery or of performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay. In the event of an unexcused and material delay, the parties will mutually agree to an equitable solution. In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract, indemnity, warranty, strict liability or otherwise, shall Seller be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or penal damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit or revenues, loss of use of the products or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facilities, services, or replacement power, downtime costs, or claims of Buyer’s customers for such damages. There are absolutely NO RETURNS ON ANY SYSTEM SALES. Returns on components or software must be done within ten (10) days of the date printed on the receipt. All original packaging and material must be present. All refunds are issued in the form of a check made to the customer – no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse any return if these conditions are not met. -- NO RETURNS on any special order item, or items not normally stocked by TetraSoft Computers, Inc. -- All checks must be accompanied by a federal or state government-issued identification, social security number, home/business address, and telephone numbers. Credit card transactions will NOT be accepted unless the cardholder is present at the time of the sale. Proper identification must also be presented at this time. On-site service and delivery is NOT provided with any computer system unless otherwise purchased by the customer at the time of the computer system purchase. On all invoiced net accounts, if the balance due is not paid within the normal billing period, a service charge of 10% monthly will be automatically figured into the bill. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for providing technical support for any software or hardware not sold as a part of the original system purchase. We provide full service and support for the computer system, all hardware associated with the system at the time of the sale, and all software provided at the time of the system sale. WE DO NOT SUPPORT AMERICA ON-LINE OR ANY OTHER INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER’S SOFTWARE. PLEASE CONTACT THE VENDOR OR ISP FOR ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE.

The warranty is null, however, if certain conditions are not met. In the instance of obvious gross neglect of the TetraSoft computer, the warranty will not be honored. TetraSoft Computers, Inc. reserves the right to define obvious gross neglect. The transferal of ownership of a TetraSoft system to another party other than the one listed upon the original receipt given at time of system sale automatically voids the remaining warranty. TetraSoft Computers, Inc. will not honor the warranty in the event that the customer’s TetraSoft system experiences an electrical surge as a result of lightning or otherwise. TetraSoft Computers, Inc. recommends the purchase and usage of a surge protector that offers a full warranty in the event of a power surge. TetraSoft Computers, Inc. reserves the right to void the warranty if the end-user adds a component or upgrade not serviced by a TetraSoft Computers, Inc. technician. TetraSoft Computers, Inc. does offer free installation of any component bought at TetraSoft Computers, Inc. during the period of the warranty. The sale of a new TetraSoft system to a customer is final. There are no returns on new system sales. The purchase of the new TetraSoft system indicates that the customer agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this description of the warranty offered by TetraSoft Computers, Inc. and the separate terms and conditions that can be viewed at TetraSoft Computers, Inc.
